Core rules for responsible use of accounts, profiles, bookings, payments and platform content.
1. Platform role
PRJI provides discovery, account, booking, payment and workflow infrastructure. It does not promise a diagnosis, treatment result or emergency response.
2. Accounts and accurate information
Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. Professional status requires separate verification.
3. Bookings and payments
The price, currency, cancellation conditions and relevant professional are shown before checkout. Access is activated only after confirmed eligible payment.
4. Safety and prohibited use
Harassment, impersonation, unlawful content, credential fraud, payment circumvention, scraping and interference with platform security are prohibited.
5. Mandatory local rights
Mandatory consumer, privacy and professional rules in the user’s applicable jurisdiction prevail where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
