When does my client panel open?

It opens after a successful eligible payment and account verification.

When does a psychologist profile become public?

Membership payment opens the private panel. Public listing requires identity and qualification review.

Where are payment details stored?

Sensitive card and bank information is collected by the configured payment provider, not entered into ordinary WordPress fields.

Can I cancel a consultation?

Cancellation eligibility depends on timing, professional availability and the policy displayed before checkout.
