Refund and Cancellation Policy

Membership fees and consultation payments are reviewed according to the type of service purchased, the stage of delivery and the circumstances of the request.

A consultation may be eligible for rescheduling where sufficient notice is provided. Missed appointments, late cancellations and services already started or substantially prepared may not be refundable.

Written consultations become non-refundable once professional review or report preparation has begun. Live consultations become non-refundable once the scheduled session has started or where the client fails to attend without approved notice.

Refund requests must include the payment reference, purchaser email address and reason for the request. Approved refunds may be reduced by non-recoverable payment processing costs where permitted.

Chargebacks should not be initiated before contacting PRJI support. Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in account suspension.
