By creating an account, purchasing a membership, submitting a consultation request or using PRJI services, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

PRJI operates as an international professional platform connecting clients with independent psychology professionals and organizations. Professional services are delivered by the assigned or selected professional. PRJI provides platform infrastructure, administration, payment coordination, communication tools and service management.

Psychologists and organizations must provide accurate professional information and valid credentials. PRJI may review, approve, reject, suspend or remove profiles where information is incomplete, misleading, outdated or inconsistent with professional standards.

Clients must provide accurate information and use the platform respectfully. Harassment, misuse, false submissions, unlawful content, abusive behavior and attempts to bypass platform processes are prohibited.

PRJI may update platform features, pricing, membership structures and operational procedures. Material changes will be communicated through the website or account notices where appropriate.
