Consultation Services
PRJI helps clients discover psychology professionals who may offer written, telephone or secure video consultations. Availability, suitability, fees and professional scope are determined by the individual professional and applicable rules.
Written consultation
A structured written response may be appropriate for general guidance, psychoeducation or clearly defined questions. It is not designed for emergencies or situations requiring immediate clinical assessment.
Telephone consultation
Telephone sessions are arranged by appointment where the professional offers this format.
Secure video consultation
Video sessions may be offered through an agreed secure platform. Cross-border service restrictions may apply.
Important limits
PRJI is a directory and professional network. Membership, profile publication or platform verification does not itself create a medical licence, psychologist registration or authority to practise in a particular jurisdiction.
Transparent Professional Fee Distribution
PRJI operates with a transparent professional fee model. For each eligible consultation that is successfully completed and approved, 60% of the consultation service fee is allocated to the psychologist and 40% is retained by PRJI as the platform service fee.
The PRJI platform fee supports international client acquisition, secure platform infrastructure, payment administration, consultation management, multilingual access, appointment coordination, technical support, document delivery and administrative oversight.
Important: Membership fees and consultation revenue sharing are separate. Refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, disputed transactions and services not marked completed and approved are excluded from payable professional earnings.
