Refund and Cancellation Policy

Membership and platform-service purchases are reviewed according to the product description, service status, applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the request.

Where a service has already been activated, delivered or materially performed, a full refund may not be available. Verification refusal does not automatically create a refund right because membership payment and verification review are separate services.

Refund requests should identify the purchaser, payment date, plan and reason for the request and should be submitted through the official contact page.
